How I write my blog posts
The goal of this blog is to share information with as many people as possible and hopefully contribute in some small way, to systemic change. To this end, each topic I write about will be in four formats, to suit different learning styles or how much time you have. Each post will contain links to the other formats on the same topic. Personal posts will be in their own category.
Quick Fixations

These are posts to share information so that they won't be too personal, but they're short and sweet and will only take a few minutes to read.
Hyperfocus Harvests

Still informative rather than personal, and easy enough to get through on your lunch break, but more than the basics. A scratch to a research itch.
Visual Snapshots

The same information as the longer posts, but condensed down and recreated in visual form! Great for visual thinkers!.
Rabbit Hole Dives

These posts are more like research papers than blog posts, so if you're hungry for facts, science and knowledge, dive in! Bring a coffee!
Outpourings

These posts are personal. I reserve the right to make these little rants whatever the f@#& I want them to be. Sorry, not sorry.
